I set up a block. Now can I have each team member call you to give you their name and credit card number?

We have a better way! Each player’s family can take a room from your block anytime online. With 24 hour access, this easy and convenient alternative makes reservations a snap. You can view the progress of your team by looking in your account.  Simply log in and pan down the page to My Blocks.  Click View Details and all the names of reservation holders will be right there.

I’m the contact person for our group. Can I check the status of our group’s rooming list online?

Yes, in fact that is a great benefit of our system. You can check anytime, simply by logging on and view your account. You will see the block of rooms and then all the individuals who have taken a room from that block along with the rooms remaining.

What if the dates that I need are different than the dates blocked?
If you need to check in early or stay late, you will need to contact your housing manager. Extended dates are handled on an as-available basis and are generally no problem.  However, if the block of dates that show are more dates than you need, don't worry; when you make individual reservations you will be able to choose the dates that are right for you.
When do you charge my credit card?

We take your credit card to reserve the room and you are charged upon arrival (by the hotel) in most cases. If a deposit is required it will be clearly listed in the cancellation policy section for your hotel.

Why do some of the hotels require a two-night minimum stay?
It has to do with the law of supply and demand. When demand is high, hotel managers will often require minimum stays to maximize their revenue. If you have a person in your group that is unable to meet the requirement, please let us know and we will do our best to negotiate an alternative with the hotel.
